Summary:
We're seeking a Corporate Banking Professional to develop new business, underwrite, structure, and close commercial loans. You will also maintain and service the existing portfolio as Marketing Officer. In addition, you will represent the Bank in the targeted business community through participation in community affairs and the marketing of all of the Bank's products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Secondary point of customer contact handling all aspects of client relationship (except pricing or complex structures).
- Execution of operational aspects of business origination such as analyzing portfolio profitability, performing all follow-through of any deal originated process, preparing economic capital analysis and managing customer intensive processes (other than credit analytics).
- Product group liaison top assist in structuring of deals.
- Proactive, in-depth, and up-to-the-minute knowledge of market trends, customer developments and credit issues.
- Conduct due diligence on proposed client deals as required.
Qualifications:
The right candidate will have:
- Minimum of 4 years experience.
- Credit experience ideally with a money center bank/regional formal credit training or equivalent.
- Strong business and interpersonal skills.
- Marketing experience preferred.
- Financial modeling skills, Excel and Word experience.
