- Senior Manager within the Client Delivery Team (Implementations, Technical Support, Customer Service).
- Understand functions within each team and downstream impacts of actions across the group.
- Instill a holistic view of the client life-cycle across the team to foster understanding of client needs, impacts of bank issues and the importance of MUFG's work supporting their operations.
- Manage special projects as defined by leadership.
- Based upon trends and/or new opportunities identified, work with internal and external partners to devise solutions benefitting our clients.
- Develop plans and manage ongoing execution for functional cross-training of key staff members, both within and across the groups, to ensure flex capacity availability and managerial bench strength.
- Produce relevant reporting to reflect group performance, support and anticipate capacity needs, identify trends/issues. Engage with internal partners to provide statistical evidence where necessary.
- Identify specific needs across the team for enhanced product knowledge and develop and execute plans to close identified gaps.
- 15 years in transaction banking preferably across multiple disciplines: Operations, Service, Sales, Product
- 10 years of direct client-facing responsibilities
- Managerial experience spanning both large and small teams and across multiple banking disciplines.
- Successful history interfacing with internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Strong partnership orientation.
- Experience managing time-sensitive, high visibility projects.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
The typical base pay range for this role is between $140K - $180K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
