Multi Air Services Engineers, Corp (MASE) is a Facility’s Engineering and Maintenance company that specializes in smart buildings and energy management for Federal Buildings in the US and Puerto Rico.
Job Description·
- Physical location part-time
- Monitoring the progress of activities
- Identify quality problems
- Ensuring that the Quality Control Plan is maintained
- Reporting to senior management on the performance of the Quality Control Plan, including needed improvements
- Performing corrective actions
- Responsible for performing all preventive maintenance work related to plumbing, architectural, and minor electrical assets as described on the asset list preventive maintenance plan
- Responsible for having materials and tools onsite and in advance for the preventive maintenance
- Responsible for responding to urgent tenant or GSA issues and coordinating resolution with the Supervisor
- Responsible of the filling of the work orders/ inspection forms and preventive maintenance checklist related to plumbing electrical and architectural work
- Responsible for completing work orders / preventive maintenance checklist for equipment not necessarily under its primary duties if deemed necessary by the corporation
- Responsible for following the Quality Control program
Requirements: Journeyman Mechanic License of the state of Michigan
Salary: $35.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20-30 hours per week
