Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and employee management. The successful candidate will be an exceptional leader with a passion for retail and a strong ability to motivate and train their team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and a positive shopping environment.
- Oversee sales performance, including analyzing sales data and creating strategies to increase sales.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees, including assistant managers and other team members.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and conducting inventory audits.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best deals for the store.
- Handle cash and other financial transactions, including payroll and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the assistant manager to plan and execute in-store promotions and events.
- Conduct interviews and hire new employees, as needed.
- Price merchandise to maximize sales and profit.
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve store performance.
Skills:
- Excellent leadership and management skills.

- Experience in a retail management role, preferably with experience as an assistant manager.
