Data Entry Clerk

Munawar & Andrews Santillo Llp in Lake Mary, FL is looking for one data entry clerk to join our team. We are located on 610 Crescent Executive Ct. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

*Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our case management system or database. *Reviewing and verifying data for accuracy and completeness. *Sorting and organizing documents for data entry. *Ensuring data integrity and security. *Following data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy. *Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information when necessary. *Generating reports and performing data analysis as needed. *Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

*High school diploma or equivalent. *Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role. *Fast typing skills; ability to type accurately and efficiently. *Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and data entry software. *Strong attention to detail and accuracy. *Excellent organizational and time management skills. *Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. *Good communication skills, both written and verbal. *Experience with legal terminology or case management systems (preferred but not required).

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.00 - $21.00/hour.
