GENERAL DEFINITION: Managing, supervising, planning, marketing, implementation, evaluation of municipal recreational program and daily operations; manages contracts with outside vendors and ensures regulatory compliance in all programs. Monitoring budget expenditures, tracking revenue generated by facility and recreation programs. Worked is performed under the supervision of the Director of Recreation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Five years increasingly responsible public recreation work including three years of administrative and supervisory experience. Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration or related field. Penn. Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police and FBI clearances required; First Aid and CPR certified, valid PA DL, bilingual a plus.
