Job Summary: Assist Nursing Management in data extraction and organizing for schedule preparation, daily and monthly. Maintain roster of staff and patient census/acuity information, maintain logs pertinent to staffing issues.
Minimum Requirements: High School Graduate or equivalent; excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer/typing experience preferred.
Skills, Talents and Abilities: Must be able to prioritize and work under pressure and work with multiple personalities. Routine analytical ability is required by the position. Typical analysis involves gathering and interpreting information in situations where the information is generally factual and easily observable and/or requires limited interpretation and application of policies.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to balance, bend, climb, crawl, crouch, kneel, reach, sitting, squat, stand, twist and walk 80 - 100% of the time. Must be able to hear speech, distinguish sounds and speak. Must have near vision, far vision, depth perception and be able to distinguish colors. Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 35 pounds.

- Maintain employee and statistical databases and files.
- Provide reports routinely and as requested regarding patient care resources.
