What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Enablement Manager position at MURAL?
YOUR MISSION
We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our rapidly-scaling Sales organization with a focus area in Enterprise Expansion. As part of the Global Sales Enablement team, you’ll be committed to up-leveling the skills, experience, and knowledge of our sales organization by providing the right tools, resources, and training required to be successful. We are a team that works strategically with partners across the entire Go-to-Market and Customer Experience teams.

In this role, you will:
- Align with stakeholders in Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to understand company goals and initiatives
- Lead a team of enablement specialists to execute on priority enablement programs
- Design and deliver training content that is consumable and actionable for the Account Executives and Account Managers and, at times, the entire Sales organization
- Design and facilitate live-virtual training sessions with dozens of learners
- Understand the DNA of what makes a great Enterprise Sales leader at MURAL, by understanding the roles core competencies, and skills and prioritizing which training programs should be designed & delivered to up-level the team & individuals
- Use KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to drive curriculum improvements and track training program efficacy
- Review, iterate on, and own Sales Playbooks, onboarding process, and other enablement programs for Account Executives & Account Managers in order to reduce time to productivity and increase the effectiveness
- Embody the core beliefs of MURAL while bringing a healthy attitude to work every day
- Become an expert at navigating and updating our Learning and Content Management Systems
- Define and build learning pathways and modules in our Sales Readiness platform that are customized to the learner’s needs
YOUR PROFILE
The top candidate will have the following skills:
- 3-5 years of SaaS sales enablement experience, with 5-8 years of overall experience preferable in a SaaS company
- Familiar with modern and creative approaches to learning, including experience with Micro-learning, personalized learning journeys, learning reinforcement and gamification
- Solid project management skills including: planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working with cross-functional stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity to deliver results
- Knowledge and experience of a Land & Expand model and core sales skills such as customer prospecting, stakeholder mapping & networking, running enterprise pilots and expanding renewals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: email, telephone, social and video. You must be an efficient and effective communicator that can handle a range of conversations
- Incredibly organized and detailed oriented
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
- A good sense of humor
- A clear communicator and a sense of urgency to get the job done
- Experience with an Account-Based (ABM/ABX) go-to-market approach and Land & Expand model
