Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Branch Manager. The role of the Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the sales, service and parts activities. Develops sales efforts to expand and grow parts, service and unit sales in the dealership’s primary area of responsibility. Assists department managers with the formulation of major objectives, plans and programs. Evaluates each department ‘s operating results against pre-determined objectives. Monitor administration of major, target and maintenance contracts.
- Monitors daily sales in comparison with shop efficiency and daily parts sales.
- Aggressively markets service, parts and units to increase sales and margins for Carrier and competitive equipment.
- Monitors customer satisfaction and perception and works with all affected parties to improve
- Promotes scheduled and guaranteed maintenance programs on all new equipment purchased as well as selling programs for existing equipment.
- In conjunction with the General Manager, develops business plan objectives for the Branch business plan.
- Ensures branch compliance with local, state and federal government regulations.
- Maintains appropriate communications within and between various departments.
- Promotes safe work habits and ensures that safety rules are followed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
