As a Commercial Contracts Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal advice and support to our clients in a variety of commercial transactions. Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, such as sales agreements, vendor agreements, and licensing agreements.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients on contract-related matters, including risk assessment, interpretation, and compliance.
  • Conduct legal research and stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth contract negotiation and execution processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract templates and standard procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate potential legal risks associated with commercial contracts.
  • Support business development activities by participating in client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience practicing commercial law, with a focus on contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and commercial transactions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality legal advice and solutions.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in one or more industries, such as technology, healthcare, or manufacturing, is preferred.
