Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, such as sales agreements, vendor agreements, and licensing agreements.
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on contract-related matters, including risk assessment, interpretation, and compliance.
- Conduct legal research and stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth contract negotiation and execution processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of contract templates and standard procedures.
- Identify and mitigate potential legal risks associated with commercial contracts.
- Support business development activities by participating in client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
