MuteSix is looking for a Demand Generation Lead to join our growing sales team! As a Demand Generation Lead you will provide support on daily operations of the Growth team. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs to generate and nurture leads through various mediums such as email, SEM, retargeting, events, social advertising and partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain monthly new business pitch calendars
- Maintain weekly team status reports
- Actively update CRM
- Assist in the development of information and data from Salesforce, RECMA, COMvergence for competitive tracking
- Assist in development of weekly and quarterly new business reports
- Assist and provide support to RFI/RFP responses
- Assist in the management of the new business server
- Assist in updating new business community contacts
- Responsible for all storage of all new business documents and thought leadership
- Responsible for updating all information on new business server
- Manage pitch calendar
- Book pitch team travel & catering where needed
- Book pitch team meeting rooms and long-term war rooms
- Manage pitch team equipment & supplies
- Assist in the development of responses to new business consultants
- Assist in the development of pitch presentations materials including decks, marketing materials & content
- Create client-facing microsites using website builders (Squarespace, Wix, etc.)
- Develop pitch workback calendars
- Assist in keeping pitch team organized and focused
- Assist in proofing and copy editing
- Assist in background research for pitches, industry trends and potential prospects
- Assist in prospecting identification
- 3 years sales experience
- Passion for the advertising industry and desire to learn all facets of New Business/pitching
- Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, etc)
- A Team Player
- Excellent document writing, proofreading and editing skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Flexibility, independence and ability to multi-task
- This position can be performed remote

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000-$80,000. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
