We’re looking for someone passionate about delivering data-driven programmatic and display for clients, who enjoys taking a hands-on approach and acts as a strategic advisor with a drive to deliver media excellence and display performance, working across a variety of exciting accounts in collaboration with a best-in-class team of cross-channel digital media professionals.
Develop and oversee multi brand display media strategies to successfully achieve client KPI goals whilst ensuring high quality digital media campaign delivery.Implement and manage effective ways of working to achieve long-term account vision.
Stay current with new DSP functionalities and data products, as well as trends and changes in the industry (Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, Verizon DSP), vetting and recommending new data and media partners.
Own and nurture long standing strategic partnerships with clients, while effectively prioritizing and managing multiple work streams to drive the biggest impact.
Lead a team responsible for managing Programmatic advertising campaigns, including set-up, optimization, and reporting. Oversee the running of these display media campaigns across the client life cycle, from planning through to execution, ensuring high quality full funnel display media.
Contribute to departmental initiatives, collaborating on the strategic development of the programmatic and display media vision, and helping to constantly evolve our client servicing.
5 years' experience in digital marketing/media buying, with at least 2 years in hands-on Programmatic ad buying in a major DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk, Verizon DSP, Media Math, Xandr, Amazon)In depth knowledge of the display, video and mobile ecosystem, programmatic platforms, as well as a breadth of understanding of the digital landscape and general marketing principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with real-time bidding auctions and bid strategies (CPA, CPL, ROAS)
Proven experience applying strategic thinking to complex campaigns, with a demonstrable track record in achieving and exceeding KPI’s
Experience of building and nurturing strong client relationships
Leadership abilities to be able to supervise and support an account team
