MVM Moving and Storage is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Professional with a keen focus on building and nurturing relationships with real estate agents. As a leading local moving company with multiple locations, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch moving services to our clients. The Business Development Professional will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by strategically partnering with real estate professionals to generate leads and increase referral business.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our presence in the local market, with a specific focus on cultivating relationships with real estate agents.
  2. Build and maintain strong partnerships with real estate professionals through regular communication, networking events, and client meetings.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials aimed at real estate agents, showcasing our moving services and value proposition.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector, including partnerships with real estate brokerages, senior living facilities, and property management companies.
  5. Act as a brand ambassador for MVM Moving and Storage, representing our company values and service excellence to real estate agents and their clients.
  6. Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  8. Provide ongoing support and assistance to real estate partners, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, with experience in the real estate industry preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and identify business opportunities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and existing relationships with real estate agents is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
