Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis to ensure project progress is on track
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
- Conduct project evaluations and assessments to ensure quality standards are met
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong conflict management skills to address issues and resolve conflicts within the project team
- Solid understanding of risk management principles and ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making processes
- Familiarity with project management software tools to effectively manage project tasks, resources, and timelines
- Experience in requirements management to ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations
- Knowledge of Trello or similar collaboration tools for efficient task management and team communication
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to adapt approaches based on project needs
- Excellent technical writing skills for creating comprehensive project documentation
- Understanding of Kaizen principles for continuous improvement in project processes
- Knowledge of earned value management techniques for monitoring project performance
