About the Role:
MVP is looking for a Customer Success Intern to work alongside the Strategic Customer Success Team in managing and supporting the professional sports portfolio of customers. This is a hands-on role learning the MVP platform while developing insights that can be shared with customers.
This unpaid, spring internship entails eight (8) to ten (10) hours of remote/virtual work per week during the spring semester. Although MVPindex is officially located in Austin, TX, we will be considering remote candidates for our spring internship program.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn about the sports sponsorship industry and media measurement valuation practices
- Leverage the media measurement data in the MVP platform that drive the most value for corporate partners and translate into actionable insights
- Work closely with Strategic Customer Success Managers to develop and iterate on success plans for MVP customers with defined KPIs, strategic enablement, stakeholder progress updates
- Research and develop use cases for the platform that can be utilized across multiple customer segments
- Gain experience in building partnership briefings with insights, learnings and outcomes tracking
- Provide ideas and feedback to help continuously improve our team’s processes
What We'd Like You To Have:
- At least two years of an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university
- Capability to extract insights from data and draw appropriate conclusions, then effectively translate those conclusions
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Suite of applications
- Understanding of sports and entertainment marketing and sponsorship preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ability to work in an autonomous, fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and an energetic get-it-done attitude

- Experience in sports and entertainment marketing or information with a team, brand, or agency
