The Product Support Specialist is a customer-facing role, providing systems support for multiple clients. You will be working in a team environment with the ability to function with independent discretion. You will be in a technical position that has an expansive knowledge pool, and will be developing in knowledge of our products with the support of the Product Support lead and engineering team.
DUTIES
· Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission:
o This includes ongoing correspondence with clients through email, live-chat, and phone calls
· Providing systems support for end clients including:
o Troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues and documenting the issues
o Researching Client system builds within our database to determine replacement components
o Working alongside our engineering team to find and create basic support documentation for client systems
· Assisting the Product Support Lead with larger scale client support cases where needed
· Clerical and administrative tasks within product support
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
· Must be willing to develop personal knowledge of MXD standardized systems, both past and present
· Must be prepared to shift processes as the department grows
· Willingness to cross-train and learn other department roles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:
· 8 hour shift with a 1 hour lunch, 8 AM – 5PM, Monday - Friday
Education:
· High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
· 2 Years of a customer facing role (Preferred)
· Experience with professional email correspondence
