The Managing Partner knows the restaurant business backward and forward and can anticipate problems before they occur. They should be a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team based on their strong knowledge of operational procedures and shift positions. The Managing Partner will benefit from Cristy’s belief in sharing the rewards that come from goal achievement and the positive performance results through our competitive bonus structure. The General Manager will be expected to build and maintain a strong relationship with direct reports (restaurant managers) and team members. Balance fun with attention to quality and creating an amazing guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Act as the driver of goals set by the company and carry out these goals in a way that protects the business and shapes the future of the company.
- Accountable for day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Recruit, hire, train/develop and empower a talented and motivated team.
- Lead a team including scheduling and assignment of duties for anticipated business projections.
- Ensure all policies, standards of operations and procedures are followed.
- Create an unmatched dining experience by delivering the highest quality food & beverage which make memories by exceeding guest expectations.
- Provide a fun, clean and safe guest, and team environment.
- Respond effectively and accurately to customer concerns and feedback.
- Develop relationships with local business owners, managers, and town officials; promote the brand in the local community through word of mouth and restaurant events.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE
- High School diploma or equivalent required; College Degree a plus
- 5 Years of relevant experience in restaurant management, required
- Food Safety Level 2 Certification required (will train)
- Familiar with Entrepreneurial Operating Systems (EOS) a plus
- Experience in scheduling entertainment, a plus
- Experience in the pizza industry, a plus
- FoodTec POS, Office 365, and Microsoft Office experience, a plus
