Position Summary:
As our Field Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our home care services within the Navajo Nation. You will be our brand ambassador, engaging with the community, building relationships, and identifying potential clients. This position is perfect for someone who is social, has a knack for sales, loves being on the road, and is passionate about making a difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel extensively across the Navajo Nation in AZ to conduct door-to-door marketing
- Develop and maintain relationships with the local community and potential clients
- Present and promote our services
- Collect feedback from the community to improve our services and tailor our offerings
- Track and report on marketing activities and results
- Stay informed about the community's needs and trends to help guide our marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Must reside within or near the Navajo Nation territory and have a good understanding of the community's culture and values
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups
- Proven sales or marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or community services
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong organizational and planning skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Must have a reliable car and be open to extensive regional travel
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in marketing, sales, or related field is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
