Outside Sales Representative

WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Previous sales experience required (inside sales/outside sales)
Self-motivation with time management skills is a must
Effective listening and communication skills; good grammar, voice, and diction
Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
Accurate; consistent attention to detail
Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques
Confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Able to always present a professional image to customers and vendors
Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to My Guys Moving & Storage Core Values

Complete and pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Valid Virginia driver’s license with a clean driving record
Bilingual is a plus.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Engage with customers face to face to educate and inform them of our processes, while providing comfort and confidence
Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
Using your company provided tablet, cube out and create quotes electronically within our cloud-based moving CRM
Clearly communicate details of the move to Project Coordination team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Relationship building and follow up with your previous customers
Develop a personal book of business to generate referrals
Set clear expectations for the customer
