My Gym Children's Fitness Center of Hoboken, Jersey City and North Bergen and F45 Training Hoboken North and Downtown Jersey City are looking for a customer service champion, who thrives in a fast pace environment, who enjoys dealing with families and children, fitness members and is able to multitask. Punctually, phone etiquette and excellent writing skills are a must.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
Administrative duties:
· Answer phones and greet customers.
· Help with program information and sell memberships and services
· Answer all emails
· Confirmation Calls/Texts
· Follow up calls/Texts
· Collect payments
· Update customers lists
· Manage filing and office organization
Marketing:
· Create and schedule marketing emails
· Post in social media channels
· Create flyers to promote business
· Search for partnership opportunities and manage/attend events
General:
· Manage supplies and office inventory and work with vendors to ensure regular supply of materials
· Operate and maintain office equipment like printers and play equipment
Job Requirements:
· At least 1 year experience in similar position
· Familiar with all emailing and texting platforms
· Superb organizational skills
· Well versed in Instagram and Facebook postings
· Excellent writing skills
· Excellent phone etiquette
· Punctual
· Outgoing friendly personality
· Customer service champion
Alternating Schedule:
Monday to Friday 6am to 1pm. or 1pm to 8pm . Saturdays 8am to 4pm.
