Birthday party hosts are critical to the success of our birthday party program. Your apparent drive and enthusiasm will help promote Launch’s growing reputation as a leading family entertainment company. Furthermore, as a part of Momentum Enterprises, you will be a valued member of an even larger team whose mission is to create an Atmosphere of Optimism for thousands of Families.
To do this, we need people like you who approach life with a limitless mindset paired with great love and passion for people and TONS of fun energy!
Responsibilities include:
- Customer care - you will be handling our guests’ needs from start to finish, ensuring their safety and adherence to all park regulations and protocols.
- Provide an outstanding and exceptional experience to the guest of honor, their family, and friends.
- Party detail management as it pertains to food setup, service, and clean up as well as the overall look and upkeep of the party room.
Attention to these details may earn you additional income (tips!) based on your performance and our guests’ overall satisfaction with their experience.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to be a team player and a hard worker.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and managers but
- especially with guests.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or party host is preferred but not necessary.
