CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Job Duties :
- Professionally answer incoming calls and texts for multiple businesses
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Respond to emails, social media messages, etc.
- Identifying customer needs to provide top-notch customer service
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to senior management
- Transferring calls to the appropriate colleague
Requirements :
- Must be a friendly, helpful person!
- Must possess excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Must have a computer, headphones, reliable WiFi, and a quiet space to work
- Weekend availability
- A willingness to go above and beyond for each customer
- at least 1-year customer service experience
Momentum Enterprises is an asset management company backed by Arena Capital focused on community, families, and fun. We currently operate 19 businesses across New England and New York, including franchise locations of My Gym Children's Fitness Center, Launch Entertainment Park, Club Elevate, Abbott's Frozen Custard, Wimbledon 109, and The Newport Venture - a Newport, RI real estate company.
This is a remote position.
This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise.
