Are you an experienced Paralegal looking for a new challenge?
Harder Law Group has an open full-time, in-house position in their Tampa office for a Paralegal with at least three years of experience assisting in civil litigation matters. Harder Law Group’s practice focuses on contract law, HOA defense, and construction law. The ideal candidate will be well versed in preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery, have a working knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, Statutes, and E-filing, and have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PDFs, and Outlook. The primary focus in this position will be drafting discovery requests and responses and tracking associated deadlines. Additional tasks may include preparing initial drafts of complaints, drafting debt letters and other correspondence, and preparing default packages. The successful candidate will have good time management skills, be organized and detail oriented and be capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously.
