Sales Position in Malibu for Costa Rica spiritual resort (Rythmia) (Malibu, CA)

Position Responsibilities :

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates that genuinely enjoy speaking with customers and are sales driven. You will receive calls from potential guests who are in search of a life transformation vacation. You will be able to present our all-inclusive vacation packages and discounted offers.

• Sunday - Saturday availibility.

• 8 hour shifts ranging from: 6am-6:00p weekdays & weekends.

• Hourly base pay very lucrative commission.

• Full-time and part-time positions available.

Language & Communication Skill :

Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales scripts, coaching guides, and procedure manuals; Able to enter customer data accurately, update guest account status, history, and send correspondence. Comfortable speaking via phone with guests; understands and familiar with spiritual practices like yoga, meditation, juicing, etc. Speak with clear diction and grammar in the language(s) requested by the client for the assigned project. Minimum required typing speed:

50 WPM.

Duties and Responsibilities : (other duties may be assigned)

• Prefer but not required: telemarketing or sales experience (door to door, kiosk, call center, motor vehicle, sales).

• Seeking a candidate that can cope with the spiritual community and customers seeking self-healing.

• Must be able to overcome their indifference by establishing rapport and tailoring product value to meet their high expectations.

• Must be able to exercise and demonstrate sales technique/skills: greet, discovery, relate, support, assume a sale, close, problem solve.

• Proficient with basic technology applications, including email, internet browsers, search functions, and data management systems. Able to use basic math skills proficiently.

Willing to train the right candidate that can (during an interview) demonstrate:

• Great communication (conversational) skills.

• A personable/friendly personality and demeanor

• Demonstrate basic sales skills (discovery, persuasive, persistence) for this specific position.

Full-time position requires a minimum availability of 40 hours per week and available on weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

• Malibu, CA 90265: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Google Suite: 3 years (Required)
• Sales: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)
