We are a leading B2B and B2C cleaning services provider in NYC. We seek an associate to cover existing and new accounts, to provide support to our senior account managers by helping them with prospective and existing clients, and perform a daily routine updating systems and preparing reports.
This position reports to senior account managers. We are looking for an individual with great verbal and written communication skills and Microsoft Office Word and Excel proficiency. This position is an entry point to a fulfilling career, and the candidate will be continuously trained not only by the Account Manager, but also by the CEO. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, and organized. We’re looking for a sales-oriented professional who values productivity and customer engagement.
Job Duties:
- Daily verbal and written interaction with prospective and existing clients
- Update Salesforce with leads, cases, and any client data
- Commercial Proposal formulation
- Prepare Analytical Sales reports3
Skills and Qualifications:
- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency – required. You will be tested during the interview process
- Salesforce proficiency - preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – required.
- Full-time availability – preferred
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or holding a degree less than three years old in business management, finance, marketing, or a sales-related field – required.
