The ideal candidate should possess an analytical mindset and have a proven track record working with cross-functional business and technology teams.   The Data Warehouse Analyst will be primarily responsible to analyze data from multiple sources to create integrated views that can be leveraged to make data driven decision. Responsibilities ·        Document, analyze and translate client/business requirements into functional requirements. ·        Analyze current systems to identify opportunities in processes, system capabilities and information delivery methodologies for continuous improvement as applicable. ·        Analyze data from multiple sources including Patient, Insurance, Payment, HR, Finance databases to create integrated views that can be leveraged to make data driven decision. ·        Select methods, techniques and criteria for data warehousing evaluative procedures ·        Design metadata and entity relationship diagram, business processes, and process flow. ·        Design data warehouse process models, including sourcing, loading, transformation, and extraction. ·        Create scripts for data warehouse testing, ranging from unit to integration testing ·        Review designs, test plans and documentation to ensure quality ·        Perform system analysis, data analysis to routinely verify data structure, quality and accuracy in the data warehouse ·        Prepare functional and technical documentation for data warehouses ·        Maintain application development standards and processes through the use of Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) ·        Create and maintain Data warehouse dimensional modeling documentation. ·        Ensures standard data elements are maintained across all data structures in Data Warehouse. Minimum Qualifications   Bachelor or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Electronics, Communication Engineering or closely related field and following experience in data engineering: ·        4 years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience (Waterfall and/or Agile). ·        4 years of practical experience and demonstrated proficiency with working on data warehouse projects. ·        4 years of practical experience and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server Management Tool. ·        4 years of practical experience and demonstrated proficiency with writing SQL queries including complex queries. OR Masters or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Electronics, Communication Engineering or closely related field and following experience in data engineering: ·        2 years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience (Waterfall and/or Agile). ·        2 years of practical experience and demonstrated proficiency with working on data warehouse projects. ·        2 years of practical experience and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server Management Tool. ·        2 years of practical experience and demonstrated proficiency with writing SQL queries including complex queries.   Preferred Qualifications   ·       Exposure to business analytics (descriptive & predictive), statistics, and/or data discovery. ·       Strong working knowledge in MS SQL Server BI and components to inform optimal solution designs for custom reporting solutions using MS SQL Server BI Edition. ·       Highly motivated, skilled in multi-tasking and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
