We have over 80 benefit specialists nationwide and have a few territories to fill. In 2022 we issued just over 8M of life insurance premiums and 100M of fixed indexed annuity premiums. Our average agent makes over 100k, while our top 20%'ers take home over 250k.

What do we do? We work with Federal Employees as their personal benefit specialists to help them better understand their employee benefits; from reading their paycheck stub and understanding their deductions, their federal life insurance, pension amounts, when they can retire, and what to do with their federal 401k. In the process, we help identify areas of improvement and show them ways to finish their career stronger! We help people from day 1 of their federal employment all the way through to retirement! The best part of our job is that they truly appreciate our service! We are a “service-oriented business model” focused on Serving NOT Selling.
Requirements:
- ACTIVE Life Insurance License
- No Vectors
- No Delinquent Tax Debts

- Simplified Issue Product(s) (no medical underwriting hang-ups)
- Fixed Indexed Annuity (comprehensive training and support)
- Free Leads
- Government Allotment Business (premiums paid via payroll)
- Exclusive Territories (based on minimum performance requirements)
- All Expenses Paid Vacation (based on production requirements)
Weekly Schedule:
- Monday Office Day (team meetings, motivational calls, etc.)
- Tuesday - Friday Appointments
- 8 - 10 Appointments Scheduled Per Week (schedule your own appointments)
- 6 – 8 Presentations Given
