What’s a typical day as a Mailroom Specialist? You’ll be :

• Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments or individuals
• Processing outgoing mail with accurate postage and timely dispatch
• Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing trackable mail
• Operating mailroom equipment, including postage meters, mail sorters, and scanners
• Assisting in the preparation of bulk mailings, including folding, stuffing, and sealing envelopes
• Ensuring the mailroom is organized, clean, and safe at all times
• Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external partners
• Collaborating with team members to improve mailroom processes and efficiency
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Mailroom Team Lead or Manager
