Wrecker Service Dispatcher
Job Posting for Wrecker Service Dispatcher at Myles Truck Repair
We are looking for several on-site dispatchers.
We have 3 shifts available, Morning, Afternoon, and Nights.
Shifts would be for weekdays and weekends on a rotational schedule.
Requirements
Requirements
- Must possess strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must have ability to quickly help customers, collect information, map mileage for route, price out calls, dispatch the different types of wreckers accordingly depending on each call's needs, as well as deal with the customer and driver complaints.
- Applicants need to have dispatching experience with preferred towing company experience.
Pay will be flat salary and depends on experience.
Available shifts:
Full Time
- Monday-Friday 5am-1pm
- Monday-Friday 1pm-9pm
Part Time
- Saturday-Sunday 5am-5pm
- Saturday-Sunday 5pm-5am
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
