We’re looking for an engaging and output driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our workforce from the ground up. You will leverage your experience in attracting top candidates across multiple functions, with a keen ability to identify mission-oriented, high-caliber, talent. As one of the inaugural members of our People Team, you will help build out our core capabilities for attracting and nurturing a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce.

Expectations for this role- Work closely with hiring managers to define and execute strategies for successfully identifying and sourcing exceptional talent across multiple functions, both clinical and non-clinical.
- Implement and manage processes to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting websites, team member referrals, on-site recruiting, and other sourcing methods. Use your experience, keen perception, and high degree of personability to identify high-caliber applicants.
- Glean insights on each candidate’s underlying goals, motivations, and how they might add to the myPlace culture, and match candidates to appropriate roles.
- Maintain data hygiene throughout the hiring process through consistent attention to detail and accuracy within Lever. Leverage the full functionality of our systems to manage end to end requisitions while contributing to an effective and scalable system for candidate tracking, KPIs, and nurturing of future talent pools.
- Establish and maintain relationships with schools, advertisement, and recruitment agencies.
- Lead the scheduling of phone, video and onsite interviews and interview events
- Provide a white-glove experience for all new hires during the transition from pre-employment to onboarding.
Attributes of an Ideal Candidate- Passion for attracting team members that will lead our organization to provide exceptional care to high-risk seniors and frail older adults
- 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including clinically licensed roles (preference for candidates with experience recruiting for a PACE organization)
- A track record of identifying and sourcing exceptional talent across multiple functions, including from the local community
- Demonstrated experience engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn and other networking and hiring platforms
- Demonstrate exceptional screening skills; sound judgment and ethical decision making
- Ability to communicate clearly across mediums (phone, email, text, video)
- Thrives in a high growth environment with an ability to function with a high degree of independence
- Bilingual in Spanish highly desirable
Location- Los Angeles, CA
- This role is hybrid and expected to report onsite between 10-12 workdays per month. During the opening of new locations increased time onsite may be required to support a positive candidate experience and recruitment efforts.
- An ability to travel based on business needs to hiring events, career fairs, etc.

$80,500 - $100,500 a year
myPlace Health offers a robust compensation package for this role that includes cash compensation and other total rewards. Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, relevant work and industry experience, certifications, and location of the role. Onsite roles include appropriate geographic adjustments, while remote roles are typically priced off national pay data.
