- Media & Influencers
- Oversee all editorial pulls/ trafficking and stock reductions to influencers and editors.
- Work with Mytheresa’s HQ PR and influencer team to aggregate all clips into a weekly report
- Maintain and update Mytheresa brand assets including images, styling docs, product information, timelines and more for media requests
- Seedings
- Ideate and concept monthly seedings with the PR team
- Build influencer lists that match back to the strategy of each seeding and manage outreach to recipients
- Brief HQ on collateral needed for the seedings
- Build, compile and send out seedings
- Track results and share with the larger marketing team
- Event Planning
- Assist the larger team to plan and execute press and brand events
- Brief HQ on other collateral needed
- Contribute to guest lists and coordinate outfitting
- Track event pickup on social and in media
- Prepare Marketing & Communications presentations and collect necessary reporting from all team members
- Keep record of all US editorial clippings, social media & event activations
- Maintain calendar for all events
- Create trend reports, event, and monthly social media reports
- Support editorial pulls from mythersa.com/ appointments with editors & stylists
- Budget Support / Monthly Updates.
- Book departmental travel/lodging
- Billing/Invoicing and Payment Tracking for PR team, PR expenses and marketing spending’
- Track all invoices and payments and internal budget documents
- Submit monthly accruals to Finance
- Serve as point person for all contract submissions.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Applications, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint as well as the Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational/Project Management skills required
- Adaptability and multi-tasking capability, with solid time management
- Thrive in an environment of changing situations and priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment and dynamically align to changing business conditions
