Quality Engineering Manager - Investment Management The Team: At MyVest, the Engineering team drives the innovation and development of our cloud-based enterprise platform, integrating best-in-class technology with best practices in investment management. Engineering leads the build and delivery of our award winning enterprise products in close collaboration with Product, Architecture, Operations, Client Delivery and Customer Success. The Investment Management team drives innovation and development in the areas of strategy and portfolio management, trade optimization, rebalancing, broker and custodian integrations. This team is responsible for our leading tax management and trading products.     This position will be located in San Francisco, CA The Opportunity: MyVest is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager to help us grow our world-class software quality engineering team.  We require you to demonstrate recent experience in test automation, and be willing and excited to get hands-on as required.  As the people manager for this team you’ll be involved with the full SDLC while guiding and mentoring your staff to improve at every stage. As the Quality Engineering Manager, you will set the standards for proactive accountability and foster an atmosphere of continual growth; encouraging staff to take ownership of the exceptional work they produce. You’ll challenge and mentor the team to be self-starters, drive next steps, understand priorities, deliver on commitments, and have clear and concise communication. What you’ll be doing: -Working in a rapid, Agile environment and thriving when challenged with solving complex problems -Managing a small onshore team with oversight over offshore resources -Participating in the hiring and onboarding of new team members -Creating a culture of continuous improvement and learning -Developing a detailed project plan that is aligned across multiple cross functional teams -Defining strategic initiatives to improve test coverage and automated regression coverage -Analyzing metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement -Establishing strong partnerships throughout our organization, and champion quality at MyVest About MyVest MyVest is a growing fintech company building enterprise SaaS platforms for financial institutions.
