• Creation of clusters for support requests in the ASS system
• Applications, internal Bayernwerk applications) and approx. 50 associated interfaces to peripheral systems
• Interface management: Analysis of the existing interfaces as well as missing interfaces for the project, creating transparency between the interfaces, documentation of the interfaces
• Creation and consolidation of documentation of the applications
• User creation in different systems
• Conception for the establishment of an in-house support organization for first- and second-level application support
• Pre-processing of tickets and forwarding to specialist admin
• Create templates
• Mailbox management and optimizations
• Handling support requests as far as possible (not just organizing)
• Facilitation of workshops with the departments or the application managers
• Preparation of workshop documents"
