Who we are looking for:
Our ideal candidate is a professional, outgoing person who has an entrepreneurial mindset. Though most of the day-to-day for a Sales Executive for the Stroll brand revolves around sales-related activity, it is far from a traditional sales role. Many of our Sales Executives, known as Area Directors, do have prior sales experience, but our unique low-pressure sales approach combined with the other responsibilities of the role mean our most successful people operate more dynamically as owners. As a result, we find ourselves interviewing former C-level executives, business owners, and other entrepreneurial-minded individuals for our Sales Executive openings. Though some sales and business experience is a plus, we provide extensive training and a support system to help all team members to be as successful as possible.
The Day-to-Day:
- Meet with local business owners to conduct a low-pressure consultative meeting to determine if a partnership with our communities is a mutual fit.
- Develop meaningful relationships within the community.
- Work with other sales executives in the market and conduct a few informal events throughout the year to help further the connection between local businesses and their ideal customers receiving our publications.
