What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Executive position at N2 - All Jobs?

As the nation’s leader in strengthening real estate communities in top markets nationwide, Real Producers Magazineis more than a brand; it's a movement. Our magazines tell the journey of elite agents and connect the real estate community through invite-only social events.

We are looking for real estate professionals to launch Real Producers magazines. Franchise Owners meet personally with the top agents in their market, obtain recommendations for trusted affiliates in order to provide advertising services, produce a monthly high-quality magazine and host invite-only social events with industry movers and shakers. They are responsible for the sales and overall growth of the Real Producers magazine and program in their market.

Our ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, has an entrepreneurial mindset and loves real estate.  

The Day-to-Day:

  • Meet with top realtors to develop relationships, build a content calendar, and receive recommendations for preferred affiliate partners.
  • Meet with local real estate affiliates to determine if a partnership with our platform is a mutual fit.
  • Build a network in the real estate community by attending local events.
  • Create and host exclusive, invite-only events that connect top agents and preferred affiliate partners.

Real Producers magazines across the country unite the top-producing agents in each market with real estate affiliates by sharing personal Realtor stories that connect, elevate, and inspire. Our average commission paid for the top Real Producer franchise owners was more than $360,500* during the 2021-2022 fiscal year.
