The Role
The Order Support Associate's responsibility is to assist and support Delivery Drivers as they navigate product drop-offs, payment pickups, and customer communication. The ideal candidate will be punctual, detail-oriented, empathetic and have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. They will work well in customer service related situations, and will provide timely, professional responses to our partners and team-members.
This role will be on-site and will require strong communication and time-management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Real-time updating of drivers’ documentation for deliveries and payment pickups if edits are needed
- Assisting drivers while they are at retail shops by acting as an efficient communication liaison between customers, brands and internal stakeholders
- Field calls from brand partners, assisting them in editing orders as necessary, and communicating any updates to our retail partners and internal stakeholders
- Work closely with Dispatch to reschedule/reroute orders as requested by brands or retail shops
- Work closely with Dispatch and Partner Success teams to ensure highest standards of customer service
- Keep up to date with Nabis policies, processes, and systems
Qualifications:
- Cannabis/METRC experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication and customer relation skills
- Outstanding problem-solving, time management and follow-up skills
- Team player with a high attention to detail
- Professionalism, patience and a process-driven approach
- Excellent work ethic and can-do attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a remote role, stay on task, and be proactive
- Low-ego, high EQ
Job Requirements:
- Associates degree OR 2 years relevant work experience
- Able to work occasional evening/weekend shifts
- Ability to learn and utilize multiple software platforms
- Must communicate clearly and concisely on the phone and via email
- Able to type at least 40WPM
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, stretch, twist
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screen
