We are seeking Sales Coordinator for our client based in Derry NH:

- Prepare and distribute sales/marketing materials/packages.
- Active liaison with Research, Marketing, design and sales enablement departments.
- Coordinate/manage mailings and partner with sales department and/or external vendor as needed.
- Manage process of distribution list updates and assist with activity reporting.
- Produce status reports, as needed, while managing the workflow and approval process.
- Assist team with preparing and updating client-specific reports and tour books.
- Assist and participate as needed for industry functions or client events.
- Work with appropriate contact to maintain intranet/extranet sites for client and property purposes.
- Support the team in utilizing Outlook, Excel and pricing management Systems
- Procure materials needed for events, and everyday office use.
- Coordinate shipments for sales materials
- Coordinate and attend meetings.
- Prepare and execute expense reports on a regular and timely basis, mail reports with receipts to corporate accounting group.
- Create and maintain filing system and efficient information retrieval system.
- Perform clerical duties to include photocopying, mailing and faxing documents.
- Produce timely and accurate word-processed documents (reports, memos, proposals, charts, agreements, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
