As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional assistance via phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer inquiries regarding their wine orders, deliveries, and account information
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipment and delivery
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues, exhibiting empathy and a commitment to problem-solving
- Provide detailed product knowledge and recommendations to customers based on their preferences and tastes
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Assist in the implementation of customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge and passion for wine is desired but not required
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
