We are looking for a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our team.
Qualifications:
4 years of Marketing Experience
3 years of Social Media Management Experience
3 years of Content Creation
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are regularly needed to collaborate with team members and properties
Project management: The ability to organize details and complete projects in a timely manner is crucial in this position
Industry Knowledge : Basic understanding of real estate
Organization: Organizing content in a database scheduler
Teamwork: Experience in a team-oriented workplace
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Publish content across all company social media platforms
- Keep track of audience insights and engagement
- Organize company media assets
- Develop a deep understanding of our brand and the Houston real estate market, create copy and confirm details for social media posts
- Videography and photography content (BTS, lifestyle, team events, etc.)
- Maintain and grow current brand quality
- Coordinate content shoots with properties
- Minor video editing
