- Independent Handyman:

- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Plumbing: (Certified or Licensed)
- Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures
- Adhere to plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety
- Provide cost estimates for plumbing projects and communicate effectively with clients
- Electrician: (Certified or Licensed)
