What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-time Nanny position at Nanny Kate & Co.?
Full-time Nanny needed in Sudbury for twin 2-year-olds and a 4-year-old, starting as soon as possible. The family will consider short-term, for the summer only. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:45am-4:45pm, with 45 guaranteed hours weekly. The 4-year-old attends preschool 3 days each week so care for all three would only be on Mondays and Fridays.
A great fit for this family is active, energetic, engaging, playful, patient, structured, proactive in planning creative age-appropriate activities, and enjoys getting outside and planning fun outings; someone who will take the time to build bonds and explore the interests of each child. The family has a large back yard and lives in a kid-filled neighborhood – perfect for playdates!
Must be comfortable with mom working from home in a private office.
Compensation: $30 /hour with paid benefits. All pay on the books through a payroll company.
