Head Chef Position
Busy, year-round Nantucket restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified person to run our restaurant kitchen. Responsibilities and Skills Required Include:
- Managing a busy kitchen and all personnel, including hiring and scheduling.
- Leadership and communication skills to lead and motivate a team.
- Help develop creative menus and create specials.
- Manage all inventory and ordering.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
