Outside Sales:
RPM Auto Parts dba Napa Auto Parts is looking for outside salespeople to join our winning team in Utah County!
We currently have 5, FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED, NAPA stores in Provo, Orem, American Fork and Spanish Fork and we serve the surrounding areas.
This position is a great opportunity for candidates who:

As a NAPA Auto Parts Outside Salesperson, you have the opportunity to promote the entire NAPA line of products for a fast-paced leader in the automotive parts industry. Use your customer-focused sales skills to knock sales out of the park and maximize your income potential.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Work with the Sales Manager to develop sales plans
- Promote the full line of NAPA products and programs to existing customers
- Develop new customer relationships with wholesale customers through prospecting and cold calling
- Maintain current customer relationships and pair with relevant programs
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.
Required skills include:
- Must have High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior automotive background or knowledge,
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Self-motivated
- Ability to juggle prospecting and cold calling while maintaining current customer business needs
- Great communication skills and professional appearance
- Basic computer skills
