The Engineered Components – Auburn facility of Nashville Wire Products is seeking a Manufacturing Recruiter/Human Resources Generalist. This position is responsible for the full recruiting life cycle to include internal job posting process, sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending external and/or internal candidates, background/drug screening and new hire paperwork.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned)
Partner with managers to address staffing needs while ensuring a quality candidate experience.
Source and identify candidates via internal and external databases, job boards, social media, networking, employment ads, career fairs, job placement services, recruiting agencies, etc.
Review applications for employment, comparing qualifications and salary requests to posted requirements.
Maintain applicant tracking logs to ensure accurate and up to date information for compliance with state and federal employment law.
Conduct pre-screen calls; Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates; identify qualified candidates who can successfully align with production requirements, leadership model and core values.
Partner with hiring managers and HR Coordinator to develop a competitive offer of employment. Present selected candidate with offer package including basic job duties and responsibilities, work schedules and conditions, compensation and benefits, policies, promotional opportunities and other information as relevant.
Conduct full onboarding flow up to and including New Hire Orientation and coordinating arrangements for candidate’s first day of employment.
Maintain community relationship and company image by participating in job fairs and school career days.
Assist HR Coordinator with duties including employee communications, payroll, responding to questions on human resources policies and procedures, safety program management, attendance policy management, ensuring compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or 3-5 years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Full-cycle recruitment experience in a production environment. Proficient use of Microsoft Suite applications such as Word and Excel, and the ability to obtain HRIS and Payroll system knowledge. Prior experience with applicant tracking system a plus.

Salary : $49,300 - $62,400
