Description: Guest Services Associates are responsible for the following activities:
- Working in the ticket booth selling admission tickets, zoo attraction tickets and Back Stage Tour tickets.
- Working at the Entry and Exit gates scanning daily admission tickets and welcoming our guests into the zoo.
- Working at the Parking booth handing out daily parking tickets and daily zoo happenings.
- Working in Entry Village as greeters for our guests and answering any questions our guests may have.
- Working in the zoo rental building. Renting out strollers, wheel chairs and ECVs.
All Guest Services Associates at Nashville Zoo are a big part of the success of the daily operations and the enjoyment of our guests. Our Guest service Associates are responsible for providing excellent customer service, friendly smiles, outgoing personalities and an amazing experience for our guests.
Must be able to follow Nashville Zoo policies as well as your department set policies.
Maintain a positive example in meeting the needs of Nashville Zoo guests, working with other crew members to improve guest relations and handle individual guest needs.
