2nd shift hours – Monday-Thursday 3pm-1am (OT on Fridays) $1.00 Shift Differential

Looking for candidates that have a background with being able to make adjustments to machines using wrenches and the ability to figure out how objects work and move, alone and in relation to other objects (specifically the wheels on the vinyl and profile being wrapped).
Profile Wrap Operator - We take ‘profiles’ and run them through a series of different pressure wheels while gluing a paper to the profile. Your job as the profile wrap operator would be to set the wheels using wrenches so the paper lies smoothly on every ridge of the profile with no wrinkles, change paper, add/change glue, and learn our processes for being one of the best profile wrap companies in the USA!!!
Purpose and Scope
Able to perform the duties of General Laborer with the additions of the following. Performs activities associated with the normal operation of equipment, controlling machines speed and feed, routine set-up/adjustments, quality of product produced, and replacing tooling/consumables related to daily production. Ensure machine is producing at optimum production rates and work area is kept neat and organized. Assists Machine Specialist with complex set-ups, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting of new processes.
Responsibilities
Ensuring machine/work area is running according to plan, at optimum efficiency, quality, and profitable throughput
Ensuring staff is properly trained, the work area is well organized and Standard Operating Procedures are understood and followed
Ensure materials are utilized efficiently with minimal scrap or waste
Assists Production Supervisor with employee training, process/quality improvements, and continuous improvement goals.
Assists Material Handlers with the movement of raw, work in process, and finished materials
Perform Machine Specialist level maintenance as described in Standard Operating Procedure
Use corporate ERP system to execute assigned jobs and record/report production data and outcomes
May perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand on concrete floors for 8-10 hours a day
Ability to lift 5-50 lbs repetitively 75 lbs occasionally
Must be able to bend, twist, push, pull, crouch, kneel, stoop and lift 90% of the workday
Must have a full range of motion in both shoulders and hips
Use hands, fingers and wrists frequently
