**Job Overview:**

As a Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for answering questions and discussing product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs. Processing and following up on policy changes, renewals and communicating with customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent phone & communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Must be proficient typing and technology savvy.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support

- Utilize sales techniques to promote products and services

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience

- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Demonstrate phone etiquette while interacting with customers

**Skills:**

- Strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds

- Strong data entry skills for accurate record keeping

Pay: $16.25 - $18.36 per hour

Expected hours: 7 per week
