- Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to maintain compliance and safety
- Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms and emergencies
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and document findings accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients as needed
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Must possess a valid security license or certification
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- CPR and first aid certification is a plus
- Must speak English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
