Account Receivable/Credit Coordinator
· Monitor and follow up on accounts receivables
· Maintain customer files
· Daily sales reconciliations
· Month-end general ledger reconciliations
· Set-up and maintain pricing files for distributors
· Review daily invoices
· Review and determine credit hold status
· Follow up on unauthorized deductions
· Process promotion disbursement
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Related Field
· Minimum of three years’ experience in receivables
· Strong communication skills
· Detail-oriented, highly organized
