Inside Sales Representative

TSS – The Sign Studios, part of the National Carwash Solutions family of companies, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.   As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining a successful relationship with all TSS customers.  This role will represent TSS in all sales and strategic activities and will act as the interface between the customer and TSS organization.

 As an Inside Sales Representative, you will successfully cultivate relationships and generate new clients to grow sales in the assigned territory.  This position requires great customer service skills as well proficiency in QuickBooks. Our ideal candidate will strives to provide excellent customer service, has great communication skills, attention to detail, can multitask, and upholds the ideals of our company.

What You’ll Do…

• Input orders into QuickBooks for incoming sales orders
• Process work orders for production
• Update internal job tracking
• Strong motivation for sales and attention to detail
• Build lasting relationships with customers that lead to ongoing orders
• Provide spectacular customer service maximizing the level of customer satisfaction
